Understanding User Behavior in Photo Organization, Sharing, and Retrieval

This case study is an example of generative research. I used User Research interviews to explore how people save and locate photos of important moments, how they share them with loved ones, and what are their pain points when trying to find these pictures.

Redesigning Information Architecture and UX for a complex Library Website

The Library of Allen’s website was cluttered with an ineffective organization system that made navigation difficult. It also lacked a cohesive design. In this project I worked with UX tools that helped reorganize the website to improve findability & usability. I also worked on elevating the visual appeal.
